ParaVolley 2016

Following last seasons introduction of ParaVolley into the Club, we entered into the Grand Prix for the 2nd season and successfully got to the final again.

The team, pictured above, was:

The brand new ParaVolley (Sitting Volleyball) team for NSVC took to the court for the first time this Sunday in tier 2 of the Volleyball England Grand Prix. Led by Mark Speake along with GB Paralympian from 2012 Justin Phillips, the team featured under 18 Academy players Harry Dawson and Joe Machin, as well a couple of generously provided guests from Ashcombe after some late withdrawals.

The team took to the court not knowing what to expect but announced themselves in style winning all of their matches to secure a place in tier 1 for the second round of matches at the end of October. The results were as follows:
